Call for Papers
Submission
CODEC 2026 aims to provide an interactive and scholarly platform for researchers, academicians, scientists, engineers, and students from around the world to present and discuss their latest research results, experimental developments, and technological applications. The conference seeks to promote the exchange of innovative ideas and foster collaborations across diverse domains of electronics, communication, photonics, computational technologies, and intelligent systems.
We are pleased to inform you that CODEC 2026 will be held from December 19–21, 2026, at Bose Institute Unified Academic Campus, EN 80, Sector V, Bidhan Nagar, Kolkata – 700091, West Bengal, India.
All accepted and presented papers will be published in IET (UK) Conference Proceedings (Scopus Indexed).
Selected papers will be considered for publication as extended versions in Journal of The Institution of Engineers (India): Series B, subject to the journal's peer-review process.

Submission Procedure
The information and guidelines regarding camera-ready paper submission, copyright submission, and conference registration of all accepted papers (oral and poster) are provided in Information to Authors page of CODEC 2026 website. We request the authors of all accepted papers (oral and poster) to carefully follow each of the steps and adhere to the specified deadlines to ensure a smooth and timely completion of the publication process.
The deadline for submission of the camera-ready paper is November 20, 2026.

Presentation Guidelines
