Instruction for Presentation
We are pleased to inform you that CODEC 2026 will be held from December 19–21, 2026, at Bose Institute Unified Academic Campus, EN 80, Sector V, Bidhan Nagar, Kolkata – 700091, West Bengal, India.
The authors of accepted papers (oral and poster) are requested to follow the presentation guideline given below.
ORAL PAPER PRESENTATION GUIDELINE
Each oral presentation will be strictly limited to 10 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for discussion/Q&A. We kindly request you to keep the presentation within the allotted time to ensure the smooth conduct of the technical sessions.
