All registration fees paid for CODEC-2026 and the pre- conference workshop are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable after registration. Once the registration is completed and the payment has been received, no refund will be made under any circumstances, including cancellation by the participant, inability to attend the conference or pre-conference workshop, or failure to present the registered paper. In exceptional circumstances, any request for cancellation, transfer, or other adjustment may be considered solely at the discretion of the Organizing Committee. The decision of the Organizing Committee in this regard shall be final.
